Cancellation Policy 

We recommend booking in advance, so the right stylist and timing are booked for you. We get very busy so allowing this will enable us to always give you a bespoke service. 

We understand that unexpected things happen and appointments may need to be rescheduled. We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations, this will enable us to try to fill your appointment space.

  • If you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment you will receive 100% refund or the deposit will be carried over to your next appointment.
  • If you cancel between 48 hours and the time of your appointment then a refund will not be automatically refunded. We will try to fill the cancelled appointment with another full paying service. If we are able to fill the cancelled appointment then the deposit will be refunded or carried over. 
  • If we have not been able to fill the appointment then the deposit will be retained by the salon to cover the expense of the cancelled appointment.
  • When a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior, you may be asked for a deposit or full payment of your next appointment before it can be booked.
